On Monday, construction on Fourth St. is going to begin. The first phase of the project will begin on Polk Ave. and extend to Harrison Ave. The phase is estimated to be complete by July 15.

The second phase of construction will begin after the first phase is completed. The phase will extend from Harrison Ave. to Madison Ave. and is expected to be done by Nov. 30.
