Tyler M. Moran was driving east around 6:30 a.m. on Lincoln Avenue when his car spun around and collided with the pole. Moran was arrested and ticketed with driving too fast for conditions and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, according to police reports.
No one was injured in the crash.
