Making a list, checking it twice and visiting EIU
Santa and Ms. Claus have left Rudolph and the elves to themselves this week in order to make a special visit to Eastern!
From 5-7 p.m. today in the Bridge Lounge of the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union, the jolly couple will share cookies, hot chocolate and holiday cheer with all who attend.
Santa has informed the DEN that he brought gift bags for the first 100 good little boys and girls to stop and say hello.
Eastern's Student Life volunteers will host holiday themed games and crafts in the University Ballroom as well.
All activities are free and open to the community; however, donations of new, unwrapped toys for children aged infant to 12 years old are encouraged. The toys will go to the One Campus, One Community Toy Drive and be distributed to local homes that may otherwise go without gifts this year.
Update addresses to get W-2 forms
Employees and students must update the address where their W-2 forms should be sent.
To do this, students should contact the records office. International students should contact the International Office, and employees should contact Human Resources.
If one is unsure what office to contact, call the Payroll Office at 581-7799 or e-mail cjnelson@eiu.edu for help.
