In the history of the Ohio Valley Conference, no two teams had ever won both the men's and the women's indoor track and field conference titles. That changed Saturday. The men's team captured their sixth consecutive indoor conference title and women's head coach Mary Wallace (above) led her team to its first ever conference title.

Here are three top performances from this weekend's meets.

1. Men's triple jump - Senior Obe Eruteya won the event with a jump of 50-feet, 11.50 inches. That mark puts him on the NCAA provisional qualifying list.

2.Women's 60-meter hurdles - In the only event Eastern's women's team won, sophomore Chandra Golden ran a season best in the OVC Finals. Golden blazed through the hurdles and won in 8.76 seconds.

3. Men's long jump- Dominque Rodgers of Tennessee State won the event with a jump of 25 feet, .75 inches. Buford Williams, also of TSU and the OVC's Field Athlete of the Year, took second and John Berry of Southeast Missouri placed third. All three jumped and provisionally qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships.
