A portion of Grant Avenue will be named "Panther Way" after Tuesday night's city council meeting. Grant Avenue, from University Drive to Fourth Street, will now have a sign above the street sign that reads "Panther Way." Some may have noticed the Student Recreational Center has gone through some changes in the past year. Students who have visited the facility recently have noticed even more alterations. This summer, the rec center's floor has been under construction. The old tile is being replaced with new tile that represents Eastern's school colors, blue and gray. (0) comments
