A couple months ago, I was watching the "24" TV movie. I was initially excited to see Jack Bauer back in action after 18 months without new episodes. During the movie, a shocking reality became grimly apparent to me: the use of child soldiers. The rebel army from the fictional country of Sangala used child soldiers for a large base of its forces. In life, there are many opportunities to better yourself. One of those opportunities is the chance to travel. Being able to go somewhere new and experience a different way of life is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Books and magazines can never top actually being in a new place and experiencing all that a new destination has to offer. (1) comment
