Eastern's paintball teams finished second at the Midwest Intercollegiate Paintball tournament at Sudden Impact in McLean, Ill. In a repeat of last year's tournament, Eastern lost in the finals to Illinois State. (4) comments
Eastern football played Southeast Missouri Saturday in Cape Girardeau, Mo. After a shaky first half, the Panthers' defense was able to shut down the Redhawks' offense. When SEMO fell behind and was forced to throw the ball, Eastern's defensive line was able to get more and more pressure on SEMO's quarterback. (1) comment
