The Charleston Rotary Aquatic Center will open next Saturday. The pool was originally scheduled to open July 4, but due to adverse weather during May and June, the opening was pushed back. While the pool opening this summer is a good thing, the city should have worked hard to ensure it would open earlier in the summer. (0) comments
