In the last fiscal year, 610 local sexual assault victims and their partners turned to a small program here on Eastern's campus for assistance. This program, the Sexual Assault Counseling and Information Service, counsels victims from both Eastern and the Charleston community.
This letter is in regards to the resignation of Eastern's head men's and women's tennis coach, Brian Holzgrafe. I had the privilege of playing for coach Holzgrafe from 2001-2003 and I have a few closing remarks regarding his subtle departure. Brian, we were horrible when you found us in 2002 and amazing when I graduated.
Health is often overlooked in the college lifestyle. With most college students spending the majority of their time sitting with a book to exercise their mind and spending their free time with beer to exercise their alcohol tolerance, not much time is reserved to exercise their body.
