Getting Lantz Arena set up for a concert is not an easy task and students and staff members worked Friday and Saturday to turn the gym from a basketball court to a concert hall. Set up started Friday morning at approximately 5:30 a.m. and ended well into evening, past 9 p.m.

This time lapse video was shot between 5:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Friday, and also from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the evening. Sound and lighting were tested Saturday starting at 6 p.m. until the lights went down for the Spring Concert performance, Lupe Fiasco, Shwayze and Ian "I2K" Winston at 8:30 p.m.

The stage was constructed on Saturday by Eastern building service workers, as well as volunteers. The sound and lighting was tested by the Lupe Fiasco tour crew, as well as Eastern volunteers. Also shown in the video are the Pink Panthers practicing their dance moves Saturday afternoon.
