PROTIP: Racist humor isn't funny from white guys.
Paul Teresi should have won. His impressions were an honest attempt to draw laughs from a cold crowd. To be fair, I don't think the crowd was in all that great of a mood for his act, which probably weighed in the judges' decision.
Tom Bickham was just plain awkward on stage. He kept telling the audience that he sucked, and that he "didn't [have] anything." It almost seemed like he didn't prepare.
Matthew Hagaman had a comedic "forgetting of lines" right at the beginning. Whether intentional or not, that was just plain funny. His jokes need a little work, but I laughed a few times. He didn't feel the need to shock the audience with racism, or pick up a guitar and play while he told some one-liners.
My choices?
1. Paul Teresi
2. Matthew Hagaman
3. Matt Caponera
4. Tom Bickham
Sorry, Paul, I don't have an iPod for you.
