First, the cost to build the Renewable Energy Center is $40 million NOT $60 million. That's the point with the bill. The university would not need ANY state or student money to pay for construction.

Second..."By lobbying state or federal lawmakers, one can achieve a given goal, granted enough support is there to support the issue at hand."

Huh? The point of lobbying is to garner enough support for an issue. The above statement 1) is confusing and 2) is outright dumb.
